Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Provide personal assistance services to OLTL waiver participants in their homes and communities. Assist with daily living activities, medication reminders, and community accompaniment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver's license preferred
- Background clearances required
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate and reliable
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Support individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism through ODP waiver services including habilitation, companion services, and community integration.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with intellectual disabilities preferred
- Background clearances required
- Valid PA driver's license preferred
- Person-centered care approach
Transportation Driver
Provide safe, reliable non-emergency transportation for waiver participants to medical appointments, community activities, and waiver-approved destinations.
Requirements
- Valid PA driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Background clearances required
- Accessible vehicle operation experience preferred
- Professional and punctual
Employment Specialist / Job Coach
Support participants in achieving their employment goals through career assessment, job coaching, job finding, and employment skills development services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred
- Experience in supported employment
- Background clearances required
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of local labor market
Supports Broker
Assist ODP waiver participants in managing their self-directed services, budgets, and waiver options. Guide participants through the self-direction process.
Requirements
- Experience with ODP waiver programs
- Knowledge of self-direction models
- Background clearances required
- Strong organizational skills
- ODP Supports Broker training (or willingness to complete)
Homemaker / Companion
Provide homemaker, chore, and companion services to ODP waiver participants — supporting household maintenance, social engagement, and community participation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Background clearances required
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Compassionate and dependable
- Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
